A man has been hospitalised and another arrested for public urination after a boat party in Sydney Harbour yesterday.
About 8pm yesterday emergency services were notified that a man on board the cruise was unconscious. Nine.com.au understands the vessel was being operated by SeaDeck.
The boat docked near Taronga Zoo and first aid was administered by Marine Area Command officers until paramedics arrived.
A 28-year-old was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
Shortly after police boarded the vessel they were informed by security about a 28-year-old man allegedly urinating on a table on the main deck, NSW Police said.
Security ejected the man and he was arrested by police, where it is alleged he spat on one of the officers.
He was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital and has since been released. He will be issued with a Future Court Attendance notice for offensive behaviour, and assault police.
The boat was escorted to King Street Wharf and the remaining passengers disembarked without incident, and an inspection of the vessel was undertaken.
Nine.com.au has contacted SeaDeck for comment.
