Players who earn a Mythic+ Rating of 2,000 in Shadowlands Season 4 will receive the 
Restoration Deathwalker mount. The mount's flavor text mentions the Jailer's defeat and the ascension of a new Arbiter.
"With the death of the Jailer and the ascension of a new Arbiter, the Shadowlands is returning to its great Purpose. Some deathwalkers recognize the role that mortal heroes have played, and are willing to serve as mounts."
