Well, not quite everything, but there are some very Season 1 faces creeping up. Week 2 of Mythic+ Season 2 is behind us and we can take a look at how things played out, with the hotfixes as well as the realistically still recent patch changes still settling in, with new legendaries arriving and similar. Some player's won't be too happy about that No.2 spot...
Note: The logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
After the yellow domination last week, this week is... a little retro. And a lot blue. While we do have a new No.1, the No.2 is a bit of a blast from the VERY recent past, as they may be at the bottom of the raid rankings, but they're very much back (at least this week) in M+. Arcane did come out on top at least, jumping 2 spots as the Rouges do hang in there, in 3rd and 6th respectively, but the high Fire ranking is sure to rile some people up. Windwalker is just hanging in there in its stable No.4 spot, as Elemental jumps quite a bit and Frost stays about the same, securing all three Mage specs in the top 10. Some good news for Hunters, as Marksmanship has not only bounced back in raids (and is positively destroying for the top guilds with great gear) but is also rising here, joining Havoc at the end of the top 10! The bottom sees Feral drop and the rest stay generally the same, with Affliction pulling itself out to the middle of the pack.
The more generalist bracket is much more stable, and stays mostly the same as last week, with our two kings in yellow still on top, but Fire is creeping up there as well in No.5. Balance falls but retains a top 10 spot, as Affliction jumps much more after last weeks dead-last placement, actually making it into the top 10!
As things start settling down after the chaos of the season start and new seasonal affix, +15s become more relevant again. Subtlety keeps its crown and Windwalker jumps a huge amount with this week's affixes, right into 2nd. Arms is currently a powerhouse in raids and remains in 3rd here, same as last week, so I guess I need to start MSing again after 15 years... Or not! Fury also rose quite a bit, chasing after its single-weaponed brother. Fire didn't quite phoenix-up in +15s, but it is rising nonetheless, with Arcane clearly having a really good week.
+20ies are still extremely under-represented, so we'll be skipping them this week. Windwalker does remain stable at No.1 though, and you can check the stats out if you absolutely must know: Mythic+20 All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides or our extensive Mythic+ guides as well, which have tier lists, dungeon rankings and more.
