SimulationCraft have a preliminary pre-raid DPS simulation for Sepulcher of the First Ones up on their site. Check out how your spec performs in a simulated Patchwerk-style environment before the raid opens!
DISCLAIMER: The simulations are obviously a work in progress and for actual logs, we'll need to wait for the raid to open. That said, the simulation has been conducted using a Patchwerk (nuke boss-style) template and an Item Level 280-285 character with 4 Tier Set Bonuses, 2 Legendaries, and 3 Conduits active.
As you can see below, some specializations have not been implemented yet.
