Blizzard made some changes and added new assets to Stormwind and Orgrimmar in this week’s Patch 9.2.5 build.
Content creator MrGM compared both the retail (Patch 9.2) and PTR version (Patch 9.2.5) of the game where you can see what exactly has changed.
A new stables area has been added near the Stormwind Stockades. The same applies to Orgrimmar.
Both faction cities received small updates in previous Patch 9.2.5 patches. For instance, the new stables area looked different from what was shipped yesterday. Here's another screenshot from a previous Patch 9.2.5 build by MrGM.
