San Antonio police and Crime Stoppers are searching for a person accused of an aggravated robbery at a Northeast Side GameStop.

The incident happened at 11:20 a.m. on Aug. 26 at the store located in the 13900 block of Nacogdoches Road, near O’Connor Road.

The man entered the store, walked behind the cashier counter, and placed an object against the back of the clerk, according to a Crime Stoppers report.

The man told the clerk to open the safe, and the clerk complied as he thought the man had a gun.

When the clerk told the man that the safe was on a timer, the man then ordered him to open the register.

At that point, the manager walked in and the man fled the location. It is unclear if he fled with any money or merchandise.

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man.

Crime Stoppers is willing to pay up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.

Tips can be made by calling Crime Stoppers at 210-224-STOP, texting “Tip 127 plus your tip” to CRIMES (274637), or using the P3 Tips app. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
