The Chase star Mark Labbett has revealed he's lost 63kg in a year.
The Beast, as he's known on the show, has made no secret of his weight-loss journey, sharing regular social media posts showing how he's shifted the weight.
However, he's always been vague in the amount of weight he'd lost.
But now, the 55-year-old has told The Sun he's lost around 63kg.
"This is the lightest I've been in 25 years. I'm now under 127kg, and I am really feeling the difference, as well as seeing it.
"My knees really feel the difference. I will never be athletic again but I just move so much better for not carrying that extra weight."
He's also revealed the weight loss has helped with his clothing choices, and that after a lifetime of ordering bespoke XXXXL clothing, he can now fit into "off-the-peg M&S [Marks & Spencer] chinos".

"As soon as the shops open again, I'm due to do a mega-shop of all the big high-street stores because I can now wear Marks & Spencer's trousers and chinos in an XL.
"It's the first time I've been able to buy off-the-peg in as long as I can remember."
Labbett says a new two-meal-a-day regime and daily walks are responsible for his dramatic weight loss.
The Daily Mail also revealed Labbett had his Oxford AstraZeneca CoVID-19 jab on Thursday and said that increasing the amount of exercise he was doing after battling COVID-19 last year made him see some difference in his size.
