Pink has shared a heartfelt post mourning the loss of her father Jim Moore, with a rare look into her life as a child.
The singer-songwriter honoured her father's memory, almost a year after he was going through chemotherapy, in a post to Instagram.

The two images showed Pink and Moore, as adults along with a throwback photo of the singer as a child.
In July 2020, the singer revealed her father was undergoing treatment for prostate cancer, and had "fractured his back, lost function in his legs."
"Here he is, my Dad, scared and in pain sitting with the love of his life, our Grace, and what's he doing???? Smiling. Cracking jokes. Making everyone else feel better," she wrote at the time on Instagram.
"He's already back to his old tricks ten hours later, talking about napalm and snipers and viruses and blood puddles...."

Pink added it was "amazing to watch you whistle through Hell."
The 'So What' singer has rolled out tributes for her late father throughout the week, posting a throwback image of the pair performing on stage together.
Captioning the post, "Daddy-Sir", the photo captured the pair's 2007 MTV performance.
Moore joined his daughter onstage to play guitar for a song he wrote about serving in the Vietnam War.
"He wrote a song about 40 years ago in Vietnam and I think it's important today because it's a soldier cry," Pink said, before welcoming her "favourite person in the whole world" on stage.

Pink has previously shared the influence her father had on her life, writing in a 2018 Father's Day post to Instagram: "He made me feel important. He made me think I was worth loving. He taught me how to do it all myself. And when no one else was there, he told me to love myself."
In 2019, upon receiving her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Pink shared her dad's advice to her growing up.
"Today, for me, is a celebration of something that my dad taught me, and that is, 'To thine own self be true,'" she said at the time.https://www.instagram.com/p/Byxzv3AgRQf/?utm_source=ig_embed&ig_rid=4e624ae2-9212-422f-9e7c-de1c1a0289d6
"If you walk along this boulevard and you look at these names, there is a power that lies in that. 'To thine own self be true'," she added.
"There's a power in believing in yourself. There's a power in not giving up on life and in not giving up on yourself. Today proves that."
