Charlie Sheen no longer has to pay ex-wife Denise Richards child support, which he reportedly hasn't paid in "four years".
A judge made the decision in Los Angeles County court Monday, October 4, adjusting the child support payment to "zero dollars per month" commencing from August 1, 2018, according to documents obtained by multiple publications.

"I think what transpired today is extremely fair," Sheen told Us Weekly as he left the courthouse. "It speaks to not just today, but it speaks historically to that same fairness."
Sheen, 56, shares daughters Sami, 17, and Lola, 16, with Richards, 50.
A source claimed to Us Weekly that the Two and A Half Men alum "kept pushing the court date" so Richards would be unable to attend.
"She wasn't there because she is working out of state, which Charlie was well aware of and Denise was never served this court date. He did this on purpose," they said.
"He filed two years ago and he kept pushing the court date. Denise kept asking when the date was and he blew her off. He pushed it off because he didn't want records of the child support he was paying [his ex-wife] Brooke [Mueller] to impact the case after he agreed to pay them both the same amount of child support."
Meanwhile, a source told People Richards was "blindsided" by the court date and ruling.
"Denise was very surprised that it happened yesterday while she is out of town filming. She was blindsided," the source said, further alleging, "Now he's manipulating the situation."
"Lola does not live with Charlie. She lives with both of her parents and stays with Charlie when Denise is out of town. When Denise is back, Lola will be with her," the insider clarified. "This is very disappointing for Denise, but also not surprising. Charlie is pitting the girls against their mother, which is horrible."
However, an insider close to the situation told the publication that Richards "has known about the court date for six months."
The court ruling comes weeks after Sami alleged in a viral TikTok that she was "trapped" in an "abusive" home during 2020.
"Sometime in spring, in early April, Ms. Richards had a falling out with her daughters and asked Mr. Sheen to take custody," Sheen's lawyer, Gregory Pedrick, told the judge at the Monday hearing. "That has been the reality since April of this year."
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, who is now married to Aaron Phypers, is also mum to daughter Eloise Joni, 10. Sheen has three other children from other relationships: Cassandra, 36, and 12-year-old twin sons Max and Bob.
Richards and Sheen met while shooting the movie Good Advice in 2000, but it wasn't until the actress guest-starred on Sheen's sitcom Spin City in 2001 that their romance began. They married in June 2002 but split three years later when Richards was pregnant with Lola.
During an episode of RHOBH last year, Richards opened up about co-parenting with the actor.
"There's a lot that the kids don't know about their dad and I want to keep it that way," Richards said on the show.
"Even though he's Charlie Sheen, that is still to them their dad. I never talk badly about him and I want him to be part of their lives because I met a lot of the women that Charlie entertained and a lot of them had father-daughter issues. And I do not want that to be our girls."
