Queensland health authorities have revealed a preliminary list of exposure sites after a Melbourne woman tested positive to COVID-19 after travelling to the state.

"These are only initial sites and we will be getting more as we talk to the lady and her family," Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young said.

Close contact exposure sites

Anybody who has been exposed at one of these sites must immediately quarantine and get tested as soon as possible.

They must also complete an online contact tracing form.

Casual contact exposure sites

Anybody exposed at one of these sites must immediately quarantine until they receive a negative test result, and fill out the online contact tracing form.

New South Wales has also issued a list of exposure sites, as the couple travelled through regional NSW on the way to Queensland.
