The high-flyers have taken advantage of Queensland’s recently reopened borders to book the rental, known as Domic, over the Christmas period.

A group of interstate executives have paid $130,000 to book an exclusive property in Noosa for a ten-night stay.

The high-flyers have taken advantage of Queesland's recently reopened borders to book the Sunshine Beach rental, known as Domic, over the Christmas period.

The house is owned by Russian hemp mogul Evgeny Skigin and features a day spa, sauna, ice bath, gymnasium and pool overlooking the ocean.

Sue Willis from Niche Luxury Accommodation said wealthy Australian travellers are looking for new holiday destinations while they can't travel overseas.

"The people inquiring about Domic are normally people who would be sailing in a signature yacht somewhere on the Mediterranean right now," she said.

"Of course they can't go, so we're just offering them an alternative and something else they can do with their money."

Queensland tourism businesses has seen a surge in demand since its borders reopened to travellers from Victoria and Sydney on Tuesday.
