Electoral officials have dropped an investigation into claims the Queensland Labor Party shared voter information with unions illegally.

With a week to go, today premier Annastacia Palaszczuk toured the newly opened Northside indoor sports centre where she announced a re-elected Labor Government will expand its fair play voucher program to help families pay for junior sports.

There the premier was forced to defend allegations Labor illegally gave voters personal information - including names, addresses and dates of birth, to unions in a privacy breach.

The electoral commission later confirming there's been no breach and a probe into the matter concluded.

But it's not enough for Queensland Opposition leader Deb Frecklington.

"The Labor Party, headed by Annastacia Palaszczuk, is rotten to the core," Ms Frecklington told reporters.

"They are using personal info for their own electoral gain."

Ms Frecklington is promising $20 million to slash travel times along Old Cleveland road.

"This is all about the LNPs plan to grow the economy, create jobs and get Queensland working again," she said.

The latest news poll shows Labor is at risk of losing two of its most marginal seats. That's enough to lose its majority in the house.
