The appeal of convicted killer and grandmother Susan Neill-Fraser will be heard by a Tasmanian court in May, a decade after she was found guilty.
Ms Neill-Fraser is serving 23 years' jail for the murder of partner Bob Chappell, who disappeared from the couple's newly purchased 'Four Winds' yacht - moored in Hobart's Sandy Bay on Australia Day 2009.
In a directions hearing in Hobart's Supreme Court today, May 25 was set down as the start date for her appeal which relies on "fresh and compelling" evidence.
