A child sex offender has been transferred to another jail in South Australia due to threats of violence, but prosecutors say his sentence should not be minimized for it.

Hamzeh Bahrami lured a 10-year-old girl into a toilet block in Blair Athol in April last year, threatening her if she tried to escape.

"As a parent of a four-year-old daughter, I cannot imagine how I would react if someone abused her in the same way," Bahrami told the court.

"I know that I would be very angry."

Bahrami has since been attacked while in custody.

Rebels bikie Bradley Daniele was jailed for bashing Bahrami in a shower block inside the city watch house.

The court today heard that other repeated threats and violence forced corrections officers to transfer Bahrami to Mount Gambier prison, for his own protection.

Bahrami's brother was initially arrested for the crimes, before being cleared by a DNA test, as Bahrami remained silent – even initially denying his crimes after his own arrest, saying he'd never been to the park, and the victim was lying.

His lawyer now claims he is sorry. But prosecutors say the remorse isn't genuine, and urged the judge to not give Bahrami a sentencing discount when he learns his fate next month.
